I am a recognized speaker, mentor and The Dating Consultant for women over 35. I take a “heart-based” approach teaching single women how to build unstoppable confidence, meet and approach men and most importantly, build a strong connection with their one TRUE love… THEMSELVES. I began my matchmaking career in 2001 as Cupid.com's National Dating Coach and have successfully helped a countless number of men and women re-enter the dating scene.
I have spent the past seven years leading workshops and facilitating couples searching for a committed relationship; one that is based on honest and respectful communication. She assists individuals in defining their purpose, their expectations, their visions, their values and their willingness to include another person in their plans. To help them begin to think in terms of We instead of I.
I have noticed how deeply some men and women long to share their lives. I have also witnessed how much effort, patience and fortitude is required to make such relationships work. All of these experiences, combined with my own life lessons, have taught me that love itself is natural and actually fairly easy, it is the relating to another that presents the challenge.
My goal is to bring more joy, fun and success to this phase of your life. Our work together will help you identify your dating pitfalls. These pitfalls can drain your energy and emotional resources. Instead you will learn to embrace positive choices that will change your life forever.
I was born and raised in Princeton, NJ. I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Psychology. Upon graduation I moved to San Francisco, CA and worked as a Recruiting and Employee Relations Manager for a start-up internet company. In 2001, I moved to Denver, Colorado to begin the next phase of my life.
I obtained my Life Coach Certification from the Coach Training Alliance Institute, which specializes in training one to help clients realize their potential in developing, building, and enjoying lasting intimate relationships. I am currently a member of the Dream Team Mentor program designed to be a trusted resource for upcoming Coaches.
I currently teach courses for women to help guide them through the dating process utilizing specific strategies to find and sustain a meaningful partnership.
